Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents except directors, management and employees of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with the promotion and their immediate families. Government and rental buyers are not eligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences on the 1st April, 2008 and finishes 30th June, 2008 (Promotional Period.)
4. To enter participants must purchase any new Nissan during the promotional period, fill out an entry form and place in the barrel in the dealership.
5. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period.
6. The draw will take place on 1st July, 2008 at 12 noon at Ryde Motor Group and the first entry drawn will win a new Nissan Micra including dealer delivery and government charges. The prize is valued at $18,480.
7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with the terms and conditions of the promotion, the entry will be discarded and a new winner will be determined by drawing a further valid entry. The judge¹s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize.
